1. Order Cancellation:
- You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it for a full refund.
- After 5 minutes, cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover processing and preparation costs.
2. Quality Concerns:
- If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact our customer support team within 30 minutes of receiving your order.
- We may request evidence such as photos to assess the issue. Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Missing or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive an order with missing items or incorrect items, please contact us immediately.
- We will either refund the missing items or provide a replacement, based on your preference.
4. Late Deliveries:
- We strive to deliver your gourmet burgers in a timely manner. However, if your order is more than 40 minutes, please contact our customer support.
- Refunds or discounts may be provided at our discretion.
5. Refund Process:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
6. Gift Cards:
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
