Thank you for choosing Ashburn Inn for your gourmet burger cravings. We strive to provide you with the best dining experience, and your satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our refund policy outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it for a full refund.
  • After 5 minutes, cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover processing and preparation costs.

2. Quality Concerns:

  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact our customer support team within 30 minutes of receiving your order.
  • We may request evidence such as photos to assess the issue. Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Missing or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive an order with missing items or incorrect items, please contact us immediately.
  • We will either refund the missing items or provide a replacement, based on your preference.

4. Late Deliveries:

  • We strive to deliver your gourmet burgers in a timely manner. However, if your order is more than 40 minutes, please contact our customer support.
  • Refunds or discounts may be provided at our discretion.

5. Refund Process:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

6. Gift Cards:

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
