Our beef.
At the Ashburn Inn, We really are all about the beef. We source our mince from a family run regenerative farm, 11 miles from our kitchen. We use the perfect blend of brisket, chuck and short rib, to create the tastiest burgers. We trialled over 30 different combinations of beef and fat to settle upto a 70/30 beef to fat blend so we can guarantee the juiciest burger on offer.
Delivery.
